We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Accounts Payable (PTP) with solid expertise in MIS Reporting, Advanced Excel and Team Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end AP/PTP operations and proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process.
- Handle day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing, vendor management, payment processing and issue resolution.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity, quality and SLA adherence.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and performance reports.
- Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for AP-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely completion of transactions.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous process improvement.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Workday knowledge will be an added advantage.
