We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, project sales, and business development.

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location: Raipur / Raigarh

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle HVAC project sales from enquiry to order closure.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare technical & commercial quotations, BOQs, and proposals.
- Understand HVAC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, project, and service teams.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming HVAC projects.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems such as Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ducting,



Ventilation, and DX systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of HVAC project sales and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
