Hiring for Telecaller and Sr. Tele Caller

Education : Any

Experience: 1-5 years

Job Location : Pune (Shukrawar Peth, Tilak Road)

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting prospects from a given database to pitch products, services,

2. Answering incoming customer calls promptly to resolve doubts, explain product features, and capture lead information .

3. Using the companys standard pitch template while keeping the conversation natural, engaging, and customer-centric .

4. Spotting opportunities, Selling products, add-on services.

Key Skills:

- Good communication in Regional Language
- Handling the customer enquiries
- Understanding the products and providing services
- Ability to listen and solve problems
