As part of the Naukri Assist Recruitment Team, you will play a key role in supporting clients with end-to-end hiring solutions. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs, source relevant candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal teams to support client hiring requirements
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and databases
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system
- Deliver a high-quality experience to both clients and candidates
- Good sourcing experience required in Non-IT industry.
- Industry exposure must be on Engineering and Non-IT technical and non technical roles.
