Solid Communication Skills- both verbal & written, to be able to provide
Feedback and coaching on monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions,
Be able to conduct one on one connects with the bottom quartile management and
Flexibility to work in any shift, depending on the shift that Operations Follows.
