Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA

Cab: Both-Way Cab Facility

Shift: UK Shift

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Chat/Live Chat Support – Mandatory

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period are not eligible

– Live Chat Support

- Handle customer queries and provide support through Live Chat.
- Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Follow company processes, policies, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.




- Ensure a positive customer experience and achieve defined quality, productivity, and response-time targets.
- Work comfortably in a UK shift environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant Live Chat/Chat Support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing speed and robust attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Immediate joiners only – No notice period.
