We are seeking an experienced CFO / Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy, ensure rigorous compliance, and optimize operational efficiency across all our branches
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Growth
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s short- and long-term business goals.
Support strategic business expansion initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and funding activities.
Oversee daily financial operations,
including cash flow management, investments, and capital structure.
Ensure the preparation of accurate, transparent, and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Compliance, Risk & Relationship Management
Qualifications & Experience
Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred.
Experience: 8–15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with proven success in leadership or management roles.
