Hiring: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

Alternative Qualification:

Diploma in Civil Engineering candidates may also apply with relevant experience of 10+ years in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure timely execution of civil works as per project plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, material utilization, and site productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and execution plans.
- Prepare project reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum10 years of construction experience.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.




- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation will be preferred.

Preferred Background:
- Candidates from reputed construction, infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or industrial project companies.
- Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
