Nexdigm is looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with a solid focus on AI Engineering. You will be the core architect of the intelligence and data-processing layers for, our enterprise transfer pricing web platform.

This role requires deep expertise in modern Python backend frameworks and GenAI integrations. You will be working extensively with FastAPI, LangGraph, PG Vector, PostgreSQL, and Celery/Redis on AWS to build robust RESTful APIs, asynchronous pipelines, and advanced AI-driven financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- API Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- AI & LLM Integration: Architect and implement AI-driven workflows using LangGraph and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into the platform's core transfer pricing logic.
- Database & Vector Search: Manage relational data in PostgreSQL and implement semantic search and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using PGVector.
- Asynchronous Processing: Develop and scale background tasks and message queues utilizing Celery and Redis to handle heavy financial data processing securely.
- Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage containerized backend services on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability,



and security compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Front End Developers, the Tech Lead, and QA to ensure seamless integration and delivery of complex features.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Languages & Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Python and FastAPI. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming in Python.
- Data & AI: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and vector databases (PG Vector, Pinecone, etc.). Strong SQL skills.
- Infrastructure: Experience with Celery, Redis, and AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS).
- Best Practices: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and writing comprehensive unit/integration tests.

Required Certifications You must hold at least one of the following active certifications:

- AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
- AWS Certified Developer Associate
- Certified Python Developer (PCAP)
- Any recognized certification in Applied GenAI or Deep Learning
