- Roles & Responsibilities

- Write and edit high-quality Hindi news stories and business content for the print edition.

- Research news, business developments, markets, companies, and local events using reliable sources.

- Conduct field visits to cover business events, activities, launches, meetings, and local developments.

- Conduct interviews with business owners, industry professionals, government officials, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Develop original business stories, features, local stories, human-interest stories, and exclusive reports.

- Identify important local business developments and news opportunities relevant to readers.

- Coordinate with the Editorial team and senior editors to meet daily content requirements and deadlines.

- Verify facts, figures, names, and information before publication.

- Ensure content is factually accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with editorial standards.





- Develop strong local sources and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

- Capture basic photographs/videos during field assignments, wherever required.

- Work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

- Contribute ideas for new and relevant story angles that can increase reader engagement and local relevance.

- Key Skills Required

- Strong Hindi writing and reporting skills.

- Good understanding of business and local news.

- Strong research, fact-checking, and interviewing skills.

- Good communication and networking skills.

- Ability to identify newsworthy stories and develop robust story angles.

- Strong field reporting and source-building skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.

- Willingness to travel locally for field reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
