Hirely is recruiting Hindi-speaking STEM experts with PhD-level expertise on behalf of one of our hiring partners. In this remote, part-time role, you’ll help evaluate and improve how advanced AI systems handle specialized scientific topics in Hindi.
You’ll use your scientific knowledge to create expert-level prompts, assess AI-generated responses, and identify issues related to scientific accuracy, quality, and responsible handling of sensitive information. No prior AI or machine learning experience is required. Training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Create expert-level scientific prompts in Hindi
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and quality
- Assess how models handle specialized and sensitive scientific topics
- Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or problematic reasoning
- Provide clear and consistent feedback based on project requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- PhD completed or currently in progress in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field
- Professional-level Hindi proficiency with strong ability to write naturally in Hindi
- Strong written English communication skills
- Deep expertise in a scientific or technical specialization
- Familiarity with modern laboratory, research, or computational techniques
- Strong judgment when working with sensitive or dual-use scientific information
Relevant Backgrounds Relevant expertise may include organic or inorganic chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, genetics, radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, radiation physics, scientific research, computational science, laboratory research, chemical safety, biosafety, biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reviewing, grading, or evaluating technical content
- Experience with scientific writing or research
- Background in chemical safety/security or biosafety/biosecurity
- Experience evaluating AI-generated or technical content
- Expertise in radiological or nuclear topics
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- $23-$27 per hour
- Part-time
- Fully remote
Key: Previous AI/ML experience is not required. Training and project-specific guidelines will be provided.
