Job Summary Senior Healthcare Business Analyst

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in labs, imaging, and IT.

- Translate complex clinical/operational workflows into user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Design and visualize business processes and workflows using Lucidchart.

- Identify and recommend process optimization and automation opportunities in lab/imaging operations.

- Manage and prioritize backlogs in Jira based on business and technical needs.

- Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, including business cases, process maps, and decision logs.

- Act as a liaison between business, development, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.

- Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.





- Support integration of lab/imaging systems within AWS cloud in collaboration with data teams.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards.

- Requires 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, at least 2 years in labs/imaging or healthcare IT.

- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart; familiarity with AWS and healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM, PACS, LIS, RIS) preferred.

- Solid communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
