Health Claim Adjudicator

? JOB LOCATION:

Thane – Head Office of the Insurance Company

? JOB TYPE:

On-site / Work from Office

? The selected candidates will be based at the Thane HO of the leading health insurance company.

? SALARY:

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

? QUALIFICATION:

- BHMS
- BAMS
- BDS
- BPT

? EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Health Claim Processing
- Health Claim Adjudication
- Health Claim Investigation
- Medical Claim Assessment

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




- Accurate & errorless health claim adjudication
- Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summaries
- Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalisation, and medical documentation
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicators
- Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality parameters
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets assigned by the client
- Maintain defined TAT and high accuracy standards
