Role Overview

We are looking for a senior operations professional to lead workforce supply and productivity for a large, multi-city electric mobility operation.

The role will focus on building a reliable and scalable driver ecosystem through effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation management, engagement, productivity improvement, and process excellence. The position will play an significant role in supporting business growth while ensuring operational efficiency and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition

- Develop workforce plans aligned with business and operational requirements across cities.
- Strengthen multiple channels for sourcing and attracting drivers.
- Drive efficient onboarding, documentation, compliance, and training processes.
- Monitor recruitment funnel performance and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Compensation & Workforce Economics

- Develop competitive and sustainable compensation frameworks for the driver workforce.
- Design performance-linked incentives aligned with productivity, safety, utilization, and service quality.
- Ensure effective administration and governance of compensation and incentive programs.
- Optimize workforce costs while maintaining market competitiveness and driver satisfaction.

Workforce Engagement & Stability

- Develop initiatives to strengthen workforce engagement and overall driver experience.
- Identify workforce trends and key factors influencing employee movement and stability.
- Establish effective communication, recognition, and grievance-resolution mechanisms.
- Build programs that encourage long-term association and performance.

Productivity & Operational Performance

- Monitor workforce availability,



attendance, utilization, productivity, and compliance.
- Partner with Operations and City teams to ensure adequate workforce availability and service fulfillment.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Support improvements in fleet utilization and operational service levels.

Process Excellence & Technology

- Standardize workforce management processes and SOPs across locations.
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics to provide visibility into workforce supply and productivity.
- Drive adoption of technology for workforce planning, attendance, incentives, and operational reporting.
- Build scalable processes to support expansion into new cities and markets.

Candidate Profile

- 15–17 years of experience in fleet operations, mobility, transportation, logistics, gig workforce, or large-scale workforce management.
- Experience managing a sizeable distributed workforce across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, compensation structures, incentives, hiring, engagement, and productivity management.
- Experience in EV mobility, employee transportation, fleet management, logistics, ride-hailing, or related sectors will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to operational decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Ability to build scalable processes and manage workforce operations in a high-growth environment.
- Graduate from a reputed institution; postgraduate qualification/MBA would be an advantage.
