Role Description The Head – Visual Merchandising is a full time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy across the store and contributing to Royaloak’s brand experience. The role involves developing and implementing visual concepts, creating impactful window displays, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across showroom layouts and product displays. This position oversees seasonal and promotional setups, collaborates closely with retail and sales teams to support commercial objectives, and analyzes customer behavior to refine visual standards.





The Head – Visual Merchandising also trains and guides store staff on display execution, maintains visual merchandising guidelines, and ensures that customer pathways and product storytelling drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, brief store staff, and present visual concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Window Displays skills to design, plan, and execute effective store layouts, visual themes, and promotional displays.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales orientation to understand shopper behavior, support store conversion, and align visual strategies with business goals.
- Experience in visual merchandising within furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail environments is mandatory.
- Proficiency in visual planning tools or design software, with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, including experience managing or mentoring store teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, travel to stores as needed, and manage stores across India.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
