Role & responsibilities :
- Lead Fiber Quality, HSW/EHS, Governance and Process Excellence across fiber deployment and operations.
- Drive end-to-end Fiber quality covering OSP/FTTH, installation, jointing, splicing, OTDR, testing and commissioning.
- Establish quality standards, SOPs, audits, checklists and governance frameworks across projects, locations and vendors.
- Drive HSW compliance, safety audits, RCA/CAPA and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/PDCA.
- Manage vendor/contractor quality, performance and corrective actions.
- Lead dashboards, management reporting and cross-functional governance with Projects, Planning, O&M;, SCM, Technology and Business.
- Experience: 15+ years in Fiber/Telecom, with 3+ years in Quality/Governance leadership; ISO 9001/45001 exposure preferred.
