nWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Motor Testing and the Automotive Industry to drive sales growth and business development across India.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plansn
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, capital sales, negotiations & closingn
- Build strong relationships with automotive and industrial customersn
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targetsn
- Identify current markets, customers, and business opportunitiesn
- Manage sales budgets, action plans, P&L;, and profitabilityn
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer engagementn

- 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Engineering / Industrial sectorn
- Mandatory experience in Motor Testing / Motor Test Systemsn
- Mandatory Automotive Industry experiencen
- Proven experience in Capital Sales / Technical Salesn
- Strong network within Automotive & Industrial markets in Indian
- Experience with a foreign-owned / multinational industrial companyn
- Strong leadership, negotiation & business development skillsn
- Proven P&L; management experiencen
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldn
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, with periodic travel to Switzerland & USAn
