nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and UiPath to lead a large-scale UiPath-to-PAD migration initiative.
n

nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing existing UiPath automations, defining migration strategies, designing scalable and maintainable PAD solutions, resolving complex automation challenges, and establishing development standards and reusable frameworks.
nThis role requires a strong combination of technical architecture, hands-on automation expertise, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end migration of UiPath bots to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD).n
- Assess existing UiPath workflows,



bots, dependencies, frameworks, and business processes to determine migration feasibility and approach.n
- Define migration strategies, architecture, standards, and best practices for large-scale UiPath-to-PAD transformation.n
- Design and develop scalable, secure, reusable, and maintainable PAD automation solutions.n
- Provide technical guidance to PAD developers and act as the technical SME/architect for the migration program.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues involving:n
- UI selectors and agile elementsn
- Web and desktop applicationsn
- Citrix/remote applicationsn
- Exception handlingn
- Application integrationsn
- Performance and reliabilityn
- Design and establish reusable components, frameworks, coding standards, and development guidelines for PAD.n
