Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in full stack software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML or GenAI systems
- Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications end-to-end
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — startups, consulting, or innovation teams preferred
- Exposure to private equity, management consulting, or data-driven business environments is a plus
Technical Skills — Preferred
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tooling
- Multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
