Robust experience in Precision &

- Mass ProductionExpertise in CNC Turning &
- Milling (4–5 Axis)Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & similar CNC controlsStrong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding &
- Heat TreatmentKnowledge of Cutting Tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks &
- CAMExperience managing 100–150 manpower across multiple departmentsStrong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections &
- Manpower ManagementExperience in Material Cost Control, Machine Capacity &




- Shop LoadingProven ability to drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targetsGood communication & presentation skillsKannada English communication required
