OpsMx is looking for a Product Engineering Leader to lead the development of our next generation of AI-powered software delivery and security products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own engineering strategy, architecture, and execution for AI-powered software delivery and security products.
- Drive AI-native capabilities for software delivery, security, risk detection, investigation, and automated remediation.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across software engineering, cloud, security, and AI/ML.
- Drive scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise products.
- Partner closely with Product and leadership to translate customer problems into differentiated products.

Required Skills:
- 15+ years of software development and engineering experience, including leadership.
- Strong experience building and scaling enterprise software/SaaS products.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native technologies,



and contemporary development practices.
- Strong practical experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and/or AI agents.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and software delivery.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to move from customer problem → architecture → production.

Preferred
- Experience in DevSecOps, application security, software supply chain, or software delivery.
- Experience building AI-native security or developer platforms.
