We’re hiring a Head - Risk for our client, a leading NBFC and fintech organization in the digital lending space.

As the Head - Risk, your responsibilities would be:

- Lead the overall Risk function across Credit, Portfolio, Fraud & Operational Risk.
- Strengthen credit risk frameworks, underwriting policies, risk appetite & controls.
- Drive portfolio analytics, EWS and proactive risk mitigation.
- Build and lead a high-performing Risk team while ensuring RBI & policy compliance.
- Partner with Business, Credit, Collections & Compliance to balance growth and risk.

Requirements:
- 12+ years in Risk Management across NBFC, Fintech, Digital Lending or BFSI.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end Risk functions/major verticals.
- Strong expertise in Credit Risk, Underwriting,



Portfolio Risk & Analytics.
- Deep understanding of NBFC/BFSI frameworks, RBI regulations & tech-led risk decisioning.
- Exposure to Digital, Consumer, Unsecured or P2P Lending preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & independent risk judgement.
