Job Title: Head of Operations – US

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (In office)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹25,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 a year (No upper limit for exceptional candidates)

Shift: Night shift / Evening shift (US overlap – EST/PST)

We are hiring a high-ownership Head of Operations – US to lead strategic operational growth and oversee our US business operations. In this role, you will take direct responsibility for delivery P&Ls;, coordinate large-scale contributor and vendor pipelines, and resolve critical operational bottlenecks with US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end P&L; for operational projects and delivery streams.
- Manage, structure, and scale a distributed workforce and contributor base of thousands of people.
- Partner directly with US clients, operators, and vendors to streamline processes and drive throughput.
- Forecast demand pipelines, balance contributor capacity, and maintain rigorous quality standards.




- Execute cross-functional initiatives to scale high-quality data collection operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in high-velocity operations, program management, or supply chain/marketplace operations.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working evening/night hours with significant overlap with EST/PST time zones.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills suitable for managing US enterprise clients and external partners.
- Financial & Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of unit economics, capacity modeling, and P&L; drivers.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only (0–15 days notice period).
