Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.

- Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance discussions, and reviews.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and SOPs are properly followed.




- Track operational KPIs and take corrective actions whenever required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective coordination across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-9 years of relevant experience in Operations, Team Management, or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and monitor team performance.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
- Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities and teams effectively.'

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
