About the Role
We build training data for next-generation Vision Language Actions (VLA) and World Foundation Models (WFMs) to solve critical challenges in physical AI. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Operations – India to lead strategic growth initiatives, scale high-quality data collection pipelines, and run our India operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L; for operational projects and regional data programs.
- Forecast data demand against contributor and operator supply capacity.
- Partner closely with vendors, operators, and clients to unblock bottlenecks and expand throughput.
- Build, standardize, and enforce rigorous SOPs to ensure high-quality data capture.
- Travel to operational sites and vendor locations as needed (up to 25%).
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in high-ownership operations, logistics, or operational scaling roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and cross-functional partners.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort with demand-capacity modeling and operational metrics.
- Location & Availability: Based in Bengaluru and available to join immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (up to ₹30 LPA, flexible based on experience).
