Kovalent Coatings is a premium ceramic coatings manufacturer serving automotive, marine and aviations markets internationally. We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Head of Marketing to lead our overall marketing function and drive measurable business growth.

The Role

This is not a traditional brand or communications role. We are looking for a marketing leader with strong hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Brand Building, and Marketing Analytics .

The successful candidate will lead the marketing team and develop strategies that generate qualified business opportunities, strengthen our global brand, and support business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Company's overall marketing and digital marketing strategy.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive qualified lead generation and demand generation through paid, organic, SEO, content, and digital channels.
- Manage marketing funnels, landing pages, conversion optimisation, remarketing, and marketing automation.
- Oversee SEO, social media, content, website performance, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Build and strengthen Kovalent's brand positioning across international markets.
- Lead product launches,



distributor marketing initiatives, and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business and revenue objectives.
- Track and improve marketing ROI, CPL, conversion rates, campaign performance, and lead quality.
- Lead and manage the internal marketing team, agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign planning, analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards.

What We're Looking For

- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing is essential.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Analytics, Lead Generation, and Conversion Optimisation.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM, marketing automation, and campaign attribution.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Chemicals, Coatings, Engineering, or B2B product-based industries will be highly preferred.
- Experience in international or multi-market marketing will be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing agencies.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Education MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
