We are looking for an experienced Logistics Leader to drive global logistics strategy, operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply continuity across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global transportation, warehousing & distribution across North America, Europe, APAC & LATAM

Develop and execute global logistics strategy

Manage 3PL/4PL partners, freight forwarders & warehouse service providers

Drive global trade compliance, customs & logistics risk management

Leverage SAP TM, WMS & shipment visibility platforms

Lead and mentor global logistics teams

Own logistics budgets and deliver year-on-year cost savings

Drive sustainability initiatives across transportation and packaging

We’re looking for

✔️ Experience in Global Logistics & Distribution

✔️ Preferably from Pharma, Healthcare or Process Manufacturing

✔️ Robust knowledge of global trade & customs regulations

✔️ Experience managing complex global operations and cross-functional teams

✔️ Hands-on experience with SAP/SCM systems

✔️ Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills
