Role Description The head of inventory Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, including tracking stock levels, managing warehouse storage, and ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.

The Inventory

Manager will coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess stock. Day-to-day tasks include performing regular audits, updating inventory systems, analyzing data to forecast needs,



and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role also involves resolving inventory discrepancies, supporting order fulfillment, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of products.

Qualifications

- Robust inventory control and inventory management skills, with experience handling stock for physical goods.
- Analytical skills to interpret inventory data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting inventory status.
- Customer service skills to support internal and external stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Master's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.
