About the Role

Spaces Eco Clean is building its housekeeping department end-to-end and is looking for a Head of Housekeeping to lead it. This is a department-head role covering team, training standards, SOPs, and workflows for premium housekeeping and property-turnover operations serving luxury resorts, homestays, vacation rentals, and serviced apartments. This is not a supervisory position — the successful candidate will build the department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead the housekeeping department: team structure, strategy, and workflow design.
- Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping teams and supervisors.
- Set and maintain luxury hospitality cleaning and presentation standards.
- Design SOPs, training curricula, and quality-audit systems from the ground up.
- Conduct digital inspections and quality audits across properties.
- Manage technology-enabled scheduling and team deployment.
- Coordinate linen, laundry, bed-making, amenities, and restocking standards.




- Liaise directly with resort, homestay, and property managers.
- Ensure every property is guest-ready on time, every time.
- Report on department performance and growth plans to senior management.

Requirements

- Experience as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in luxury hotels, resorts, premium homestays, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals.
- Robust team-building and training background.
- Comfortable with digital inspection and scheduling tools.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to set and enforce standards across a growing team.
