We are looking for an experienced Finance Head / Head of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounts function for a reputed hospital.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Manage hospital revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports
- Monitor OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, insurance, TPA, and corporate billing revenue
- Monitor insurance and TPA receivables and ensure timely collections
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Manage vendor payments and hospital expenses
- Drive cost-control and financial-management initiatives
- Manage working capital and cash-flow planning
- Establish strong internal financial controls and accounting processes




- Provide financial insights and recommendations to hospital management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team

? Experience

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in multi-specialty hospitals will be highly preferred.
