⏳ Experience: 8–12+ Years

? Leadership: 20+ member team

? International Expansion: GCC, Australia, US & Germany

This is a business ownership role , not just a marketing role.

We’re looking for someone who has:

✅ 8+ years in E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Growth

✅ End-to-end ownership of an online business

✅ Strong P&L; & revenue ownership

✅ Experience managing website + marketplaces

✅ Hands-on understanding of Performance Marketing, Brand, Influencer, Content, Social & SEO

✅ Strong command of ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV & Conversion Optimization

✅ Experience scaling e-commerce in international markets

✅ Experience building & leading high-performing teams

✅ Solid commercial and entrepreneurial mindset

✅ Background in a D2C / product-based brand preferred
