Who we are
We're a full-stack funnel agency for D2C brands. We don't just audit funnels and hand over a deck — we build them from scratch, optimize them end-to-end, and own the revenue outcome. Landing pages, quiz and intake funnels, checkout flows, upsells, post-purchase retention — we handle the entire stack. When a funnel doesn't exist yet, we create it. When it's leaking, we fix it.
We're Shopify, VWO, and Google Analytics partners. We've worked with brands that have done billions in revenue through their funnels. And we back our work with a 100-day guarantee: if we don't beat your numbers, we work for free until we do.
You'll lead the strategy.
You'll be supported by our dedicated team of UI/UX designers, copywriters, and front-end developers who handle the execution. Your job is to point them in the right direction, not to push pixels or write code.
What you'll actually do:
This is a strategy role, not a technician role. You will:
- Own the "why" behind every funnel decision. Before anything gets tested, you'll define the positioning, the messaging hierarchy, the psychological architecture. You'll ask: why would someone buy this? Why wouldn't they? What belief do they need to hold before they click "buy"?
- Lead ideation, not just execution. You'll generate the hypotheses that matter — not "which CTA color wins" but "what story does this page need to tell to convert a skeptic into a customer." You'll bring ideas rooted in consumer psychology, category dynamics, and brand strategy.
- Architect offers and messaging. You'll structure value propositions, offer mechanics, and the emotional narrative that runs through the funnel. You don't need to write every word of final copy, but you must define the messaging framework, the core hooks,
and the deal structure that makes a prospect lean in. You know that a outstanding funnel can't save a weak offer.
- Translate research into action. Heatmaps, session recordings, analytics, user interviews — you'll synthesize it all into a coherent picture of what's happening in the buyer's mind, and what to do about it.
- Collaborate with designers and developers. You'll brief them with clarity, give feedback with taste, and push until the output matches the vision. They execute; you steer.
- Communicate with clients like a partner, not a vendor. You'll present strategy, defend decisions, and build trust. Clients should feel like they have a head of growth on their team, not just another agency contact.
Who you are We're less interested in your current title and more interested in how you think. You might come from:
- A brand strategy or planning background at an agency, but you've gone deep on digital and e-commerce
- A product management or growth role at a D2C brand, where you owned the revenue funnel end-to-end
- A direct-response copywriting background, where you learned that words — not widgets — drive conversion
- A performance creative or growth strategy role, where you saw how creative and conversion interact
Wherever you come from, these things are non-negotiable:
- You have taste.
You can look at a landing page and articulate what's wrong — not just functionally, but emotionally. You understand visual hierarchy, brand tonality, and the difference between "clean" and "sterile."
- You understand marketing. You know that conversion doesn't happen in a vacuum — it's downstream of positioning, offer, audience, and traffic quality. You can have a point of view on all of these.
- You think in frameworks, not just tactics. You can explain why something works using principles from behavioral psychology, persuasion, or category design. You're not just reciting "best practices."
- You're data-informed, not data-driven. You know how to read analytics, set up tracking, and measure what matters. But if you rely entirely on statistical significance to tell you what customer problem to solve next, this isn't for you. We value data as a scoreboard, but strategy as the playbook.
- You can lead a room. You present with confidence, handle pushback without defensiveness, and make clients feel smarter after talking to you.
What we offer
- Fully remote, global. Work from anywhere. We care about output, not hours logged.
- Autonomy. You'll own the strategy function. No micromanagement, no "here's the test roadmap we built for you."
- A real team behind you. You'll be supported by dedicated UI/UX designers, copywriters, and developers. You set the direction; they bring it to life.
- Variety. You'll work across multiple D2C brands, categories, and funnel types. No two weeks will look the same.
- Growth. We're building something that doesn't really exist in the market — a strategy-first CRO practice. You'll be at the center of it.
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
