They are in need of a agile, young, and experienced marketing leader to head their AI product's global marketing function. This is not a traditional marketing role — it demands an AI-native operator who can architect growth, institutionalize AI-first workflows, and scale pipeline impact.

Role

- Own the Growth Thesis: Define and execute the global go-to-market playbook to scale the AI product to $10M ARR.
- Architect an AI-Native Marketing Org: Build a lean, AI-first marketing function where automation, multi-agent workflows, and generative AI replace traditional manual processes.
- Pipeline Accountability: Deliver qualified opportunities per week, ≥3× coverage, with CRM-driven automation, enrichment, and attribution.
- Category Leadership: Pioneer AEO/GEO (AI/Generative Engine Optimization) alongside SEO and paid UA, writing the playbook for enterprise AI marketing.
- Commercial Impact:



Partner with Sales and Product to move revenue metrics, not vanity ones.
- He/ She would Own Demand Generation & ABM, Product Marketing: Segment positioning, launches, sales enablement, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence. Brand & Digital: AI-assisted design, website as a conversion engine, SEO/AEO, performance marketing, and creator-led campaigns, Influencer & Community, Events & Partnerships

AsK:

Experience: 12–15+ years in B2B SaaS/enterprise software or AI product marketing, scaling from $1M to $10M+ ARR.

AI-Native Operator: Demonstrated use of AI tools to multiply output; ability to institutionalize AI workflows across marketing.

Enterprise Fluency: Proven ability to market to banks and regulated industries with governance and explainability as differentiators.

Hands-on Stack Mastery: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), automation (n8n/Make/Zapier), enrichment (Clay/Apollo), analytics (GA4, Search Console), SEO/AEO tooling, frontier AI assistants.

Demand-Gen Credibility: Owned pipeline targets with measurable outcomes.
