Head of Jacquard and Sectional Warping plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing Jacquard and Sectional Warping operations. The primary purpose is to ensure the achievement of production targets, manage absenteeism effectively, drive Right First Time (RFT) practices, and optimize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). The Head of Jacquard and Sectional Warping leads teams to achieve operational excellence, efficiency, and quality in the weaving processes..

Operations

Collaborate with production planning implement production targets for Jacquard and Sectional Warping. Monitor and analyze actual production output, identifying variances, and implementing measures to achieve or exceed targets.

Optimize

Jacquard and Sectional Warping processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Monitor and manage employee attendance within the Jacquard and Sectional Warping department. Implement strategies to minimize absenteeism,



including effective communication, recognition programs, and addressing underlying issues. Collaborate with HR to implement attendance policies and initiatives. Implement and enforce quality control measures to achieve high Right First Time (RFT) rates in Jacquard and Sectional Warping. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify and address issues affecting product quality. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure RFT standards are met consistently. Assess and optimize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) specifically within Jacquard and Sectional Warping operations. Identify factors affecting equipment performance, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize OEE.
