Position Overview
AAA Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the people function from Noida. The role will support the Company's IT audit, cybersecurity and consulting business through timely hiring, effective people practices and reliable HR operations.
The HR Head will work closely with business and delivery leaders to plan staffing, recruit specialist talent, strengthen performance and retain key employees. This is a hands-on leadership role covering the employee lifecycle, including client-site deployment readiness and coordination with Finance and Statutory Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Workforce Planning
- Develop the annual HR plan and manpower budget in line with business priorities and approved hiring requirements.
- Work with delivery heads to forecast staffing needs by skill, experience, location and engagement timeline.
- Maintain visibility of critical vacancies, succession risks and resource gaps; agree practical actions with management.
- Define clear roles, reporting structures and HR service standards as the organisation grows.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Lead recruitment for IT audit, cybersecurity, information security, consulting, sales and support roles.
- Build talent pipelines through professional networks, recruitment partners, referrals and relevant campus relationships.
- Work with technical interviewers to assess role suitability and validate claimed qualifications and experience.
- Manage offer approvals, candidate follow-up and joining coordination within approved budgets.
- Ensure background checks, employment documentation, confidentiality undertakings and induction are completed as required.
Performance and Career Development
- Establish clear performance objectives with functional heads and run consistent review and appraisal cycles.
- Support managers in setting expectations, providing feedback and addressing performance gaps fairly.
- Develop career paths and succession plans for critical technical and leadership roles.
- Coordinate learning plans, technical training and relevant certification support with practice heads.
- Track development commitments and evaluate their contribution to employee capability and readiness.
Employee Engagement and Retention
- Maintain regular employee feedback channels and address concerns through timely, confidential processes.
- Identify reasons for attrition and recommend targeted retention measures for critical skills and roles.
- Implement practical recognition and engagement programmes suited to office-based and client-deployed teams.
- Guide managers on team communication, workload concerns and employee relations.
- Support a respectful workplace with consistent policy application and appropriate grievance escalation.
HR Operations and Payroll Coordination
- Oversee employee records, attendance, leave, HR systems and lifecycle documentation.
- Review payroll inputs, approved salary changes and attendance exceptions with Finance before processing.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance administration, reimbursements and HR-related employee queries.
- Manage transfers, promotions, resignations, handovers, exit interviews and full-and-final settlement inputs.
- Maintain accurate HR dashboards covering headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance and payroll inputs.
Client Deployment and Engagement Support
- Coordinate employee readiness for client assignments, including verified credentials, approved staffing records and required undertakings.
- Support tender and delivery teams with accurate, authorised employee profiles and qualification records; protect personal information.
- Track client-specific onboarding, background-verification and access documentation with engagement managers.
- Plan replacements and transitions with delivery leaders to minimise disruption to client commitments.
- Ensure deployment terms, travel expectations and reporting arrangements are clearly communicated to employees.
Policies and Workforce Compliance
- Develop and maintain clear HR policies, employment documents and employee communication with Legal and Compliance support.
- Coordinate applicable employment, payroll-linked and establishment requirements with the Statutory Compliance Head and Finance.
- Support workplace-harassment-prevention processes, employee awareness and the designated committee while preserving its independence and confidentiality.
- Maintain HR evidence required for inspections, internal reviews and customer compliance requests.
- Ensure personal records are accessed, retained and shared only through approved processes.
Compensation and HR Team Leadership
- Review salary structures, role levels and benefit proposals with management, balancing competitiveness and internal consistency.
- Manage the HR budget, recruitment vendors and service-provider performance.
- Build and guide the HR team with clear responsibilities, turnaround times and quality expectations.
- Present people-related risks and recommendations to management, supported by reliable data.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility across recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, audit, consulting or a comparable professional services business is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit specialized technical talent and manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Hands-on experience in performance management, employee relations, retention and workforce planning.
- Sound working knowledge of employment practices, payroll coordination and HR compliance documentation.
- Experience supporting employees working across locations or at customer sites is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with technical leaders, Finance, Compliance and senior management.
- Robust communication, judgment and conflict-resolution skills, with high standards of confidentiality.
- Bachelors degree required; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
- Comfortable using HR systems, Excel and people analytics to identify issues and improve decisions.
