Job Role - Head of Accounts & Finance

Location - Navi Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Holds full accountability for QRC financial performance across all geographies
- Owns monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to CEO and CSO
- Sets and drives Finance function strategy and operating model
- Manages multi-country statutory compliance India, UAE, Singapore and USA
- Owns banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy
- Provides strategic financial input to CEO, CSO and Board
- Leads Finance team hiring, performance management and succession planning
- Manages external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory relationships globally
- Prepare and oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books within defined timelines.
- Present monthly financial performance, key variances, and financial insights to management.

TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

- Expert financial management at multi-entity, multi-currency scale




- Deep knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards
- Strategic treasury and forex management
- Financial modelling and long-range planning at organizational level
- Finance technology evaluates and implements finance systems and tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Education: B. Com / M. Com or equivalent — mandatory CA / CPA strongly preferred

Experience: 12+ years with P&L; ownership and team leadership

Certifications: CA (ICAI) / CPA / CMA
