We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Barista to manage daily bar operations and ensure high-quality coffee and beverage preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Manage daily barista and café counter operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise junior baristas and café staff.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Manage coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other bar inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards.




- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the team follows café SOPs and company standards.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience as a Head Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
- Good knowledge of espresso machines and grinders.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, responsible, and hardworking.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced café environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
