Responsibilities

1. Supervise & manage day to day operations of ceiling fan assembly lines.

2. Monitor line efficiency, cycle time and manpower utilization

3. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and quality standards.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze RCAs for assembly issues.

5. Collaborate with design, quality and maintenance teams for smooth production.

6. Implement lean manufacturing practices and 5S methodology.

7. Train and mentor junior engineers, supervisors & operators.

8. Prepare daily production reports, analysis of downtime failures.

9. Inventory control and management.

10. Waste Elimination. Highlighting and Minimizing NVA’s.

11. Line Balancing to match production rate to the takt time.

12. SAP functioning (Production Module).
