Role Description The Hardware Software Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the club’s technology infrastructure across fitness, administrative, and training areas. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring computer hardware, peripherals, and related software for staff and facility operations.

The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely hardware and printer support, and ensuring minimal downtime for front-desk systems, training equipment interfaces, and office devices. The technician will maintain asset inventories, perform routine preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors when needed,



and document support activities and resolutions. This role collaborates closely with the operations and administrative teams to ensure a stable, secure, and user-friendly technology environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Hardware Installation and Hardware Support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network-connected devices.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hardware, basic software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience providing Printer Support, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows), basic networking concepts, and standard office applications.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Robust documentation habits, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Willingness to work on-site, support flexible schedules as needed, and adhere to organizational policies and security standards.
