Role Description This is a Hardware Research Engineer role based in Ajmer.

The Hardware Research

Engineer will design, prototype, and evaluate hardware architectures and computing solutions that support AI workloads and intelligent software ecosystems.

Responsibilities include conducting applied research in computer architecture and physics-based modeling, developing and testing algorithms optimized for hardware performance, and collaborating with software engineers to integrate AI models with compatible devices. The role involves building experimental setups, performing benchmarking and validation, documenting research findings, and contributing to patent filings and technical publications.

Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into deployable products and support ongoing improvements in reliability, scalability, and energy efficiency.
