Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Hardware & Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the organizations IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of computer hardware, network systems, and end-user support while minimizing system downtime and maintaining IT security standards.

The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting abilities, hands-on networking knowledge, and the capability to provide timely technical support in a fast-paced work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults and replace defective components
- Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks and VPN access
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues
- Implement and maintain network security (antivirus, firewall, access control)




- Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and hardware
- Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and servicing

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hardware support and network administration
- Experience in handling enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user support preferred
