Job Overview:

Join Traya Experience Centers as the frontline brand ambassador! This role combines customer service, consultation support, and relationship managementperfect for candidates with retail, store, or salon experience looking to transition into a high-growth health-tech brand.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction & In-Store Experience: Welcome walk-ins, understand customer hair care concerns, and deliver a warm, premium clinic experience.
- Consultative Guidance: Explain the treatment journey clearly and assist customers in understanding doctor recommendations and product usage.
- Retention & Adherence: Build long-term client relationships, encourage consistency with treatment plans, and drive repeat visits/reorders.
- Engagement & Follow-Ups: Proactively connect with customers via calls and WhatsApp to track progress and maintain high satisfaction.
- Query & Objection Handling: Address usage queries or results-related doubts, reassure clients, and escalate clinical queries to doctors when needed.
- Store Operations: Maintain display standards, hygiene, inventory checks, and daily clinic coordination.
- Advocacy & Feedback: Collect customer testimonials, reviews, and feedback to continually improve service quality.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in retail stores, wellness centers, luxury salons, or customer-facing sales/service roles
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English, Hindi, and local regional language
- Skills: Strong empathy, consultative selling approach, objection handling, and comfort with target-driven engagement
- Technical Comfort: Basic familiarity with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and standard digital tools

Role Details & Work Conditions:

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Department: Customer Experience / Clinic Operations
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM 7:00 PM / 1:00 PM 10:00 PM)
- Work Week: 6 days a week (rotational week-off)
- Reporting To: Assistant Store Manager
