Role Description The Gujarati Teacher will design and deliver engaging Gujarati language lessons for students, following the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, teaching reading, writing, and speaking skills in Gujarati, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school activities, maintaining classroom discipline, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring consistent presence on campus and active involvement in the school community.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Gujarati language, including reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
- Experience in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and student assessment at school level.
- Ability to design engaging learning activities and use age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centered mindset, with a commitment to inclusive education.
- Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Gujarati, Education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and willingness to adopt innovative teaching methods.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools to support learning.
- Prior experience in a school setting, preferably in similar educational environments, is an advantage.
