Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate / Steward based at our property in Kumbhalgarh. The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring accurate and timely service in restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. The associate is responsible for setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, and following food safety and hotel operational standards.

Daily tasks also include coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, assisting with buffet or event setups,



and responding to guest requests and feedback in a professional, courteous manner. The role requires teamwork with other departments to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality and support smooth food and beverage operations during peak hours, events, and special occasions.

Qualifications

- Strong guest service, hospitality etiquette, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse guests.
- Basic food and beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity, serving standards, and an understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple tables or tasks, and remain calm and professional during peak service periods.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front office teams and support smooth operations.
- Attention to detail in table setup, order accuracy, billing, and cleanliness of service areas and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by hotel operations.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or hotel operations is preferred; hotel-school or hospitality certification is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages, with a professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
