Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest service and dining experience
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations as per hotel standards
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Maintain service, hygiene and grooming standards
- Coordinate effectively with Kitchen and other departments
- Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Relevant F&B; Service experience preferred for Senior GSA
- Freshers may apply for GSA
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Positive attitude and robust team spirit
