Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to assist guests and ensure a smooth and positive hospitality experience. The role involves handling guest requests, providing information about available services, and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Support guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Provide information about available facilities, services, and activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely guest service.
- Address guest concerns and support appropriate resolution.
- Maintain professional communication and service standards.
- Assist with front-office and guest relations activities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate degree, diploma in Hotel Management, or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, or guest relations.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
