Role & responsibilities: :

- Manage end-to-end global mobility operations, including employee international assignments, relocations, and business travel processes.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, payroll, immigration teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless mobility support.

- Process travel and expense claims accurately and within defined timelines.

- Review, validate, and maintain employee mobility documentation and records.

- Support employees with travel, relocation, and mobility-related queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor compliance with company policies and address exceptions or discrepancies proactively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of mobility and HR operations.

- Assist in process transitions, standardization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare operational reports, track key metrics, and maintain data accuracy.

- Ensure confidentiality and compliance while handling employee information and sensitive data.

Preferred candidate profile





- 3 to 7 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Travel & Expense,

- Hands-on experience with SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR management systems.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working in multinational organizations or global shared services environments.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail with a customer-focused approach.

- German language proficiency will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
