About The Client

Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ MCA connector for infrastructure onboarding.

- Troubleshoot and resolve connector-related issues through debugging and bugfixing.

- Validate connector functionality for accuracy, performance, and policy compliance.

- Process and manage change request tickets related to application onboarding and connector issues.

- Identify integration inconsistencies and provide technical solutions or recommendations.

- Document development processes, bugfix outcomes, and connector configurations.

- Collaborate with support teams and client stakeholders for issue resolution and requirement clarification.

- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and connector development standards.

- Escalate critical integration issues or recurring trends as needed.

Qualifications

Must Have

- 2x IIQ Infrastructure (MCA) Onboarding Experiences 2B - 5 to 8 years Senior Associate

- Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience during internships

- Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ

- Experience in Java, Shell Scripting and Javascript is desirable

- Basic knowledge of OpenDJ/LDAP/AD

- Experience in test management would be an advantage

- Solid handling of MS Office applications





- Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired

- Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage

- Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications

- Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills

- Good presentation and documentation skills
