About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful generalist to work closely with the senior team across business development, government and CSR outreach, partnerships, social media and field engagement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who wants early exposure to how a mission-driven organization actually grows.

The role offers attractive incentives upon conversion, along with a monthly salary.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Partnerships

- Support strategic outreach, lead generation and follow-ups; identify and reach out to potential partners.
- Research and build databases of key decision-makers across India.
- Use email, LinkedIn and phone outreach to present our solutions, generate meetings and drive conversions.

Government, CSR & Institutional Outreach

- Visit schools, government offices and institutions; meet principals, officials and other stakeholders.
- Represent Next Skills 360 at events, conferences, meetings and webinars across India as required.
- Assist with drafting proposals and presentations,



and support research and content review.

Social Media & Talent Pipeline

- Manage and grow our social media presence and promote our solutions.
- Reach out to colleges and business schools to build a pipeline of interns and student contributors.

Founder's Office Support

- Assist with basic product and content testing as needed.
- Proactively identify and pursue new schools, opportunities, partnerships and business leads — without waiting to be asked.

What We Are Looking For

- Highly proactive — takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi, spoken and written.
- Confident and qualified when interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to take an objective and independently figure out how to deliver it.
- Comfortable with calling, networking, field visits and travel.
- Strong follow-up, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with social media and Google Workspace/MS Office, and willing to learn AI tools.
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving social enterprise.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in spoken English, Hindi and Telugu
