About the Role Amethyst Tours is expanding and looking for a highly motivated Growth Partner to drive customer acquisition and scale our group travel excursions and outdoor treks. This is an entrepreneurial partnership rather than a traditional employment setup. You will operate autonomously, leveraging your sales acumen and network to generate bookings for our itineraries, earning a direct percentage of the revenue you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new clientele for upcoming group treks, weekend excursions, and custom tour packages.
- Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporate groups, educational institutions, travel influencers, and local communities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial outreach to final booking confirmation.
- Collaborate on market research to identify trending destinations and optimize current travel offerings.
